Christmas Affogato

Creamy and delicious with that caffeine-kick: this one will be sure to go down a treat and give everyone that much needed energy boost after their Christmas dinner.

  1. To a glass/mug, add three scoops of Dale Farm Vanilla ice cream.

  2. Pour over some Bailey’s Irish Cream.

  3. Top with a shot of hot espresso and enjoy.

Cinnamon Sugar French Toast Bites

Cinnamon Sugar French Toast Bites

Nothing says Christmas like cinnamon sugar! These bite-sized treats combine chocolatey goodness with that warm cinnamon spice to create a truly delicious dessert everyone will love.

What you’ll need:

How to make:

  1. In a bowl, whisk 100ml of Dale Farm Double Cream, half a tsp of cinnamon, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 1 egg.

  2. Cut your brioche into bite-sized chunks and soak for around 30 seconds on each side.

  3. Heat a nonstick pan on medium-high heat and add butter when the pan is hot.

  4. Fry the brioche for around 30 seconds-1 minute on each side, or until golden and crispy.

  5. Mix some cinnamon powder and sugar in a bowl and roll the brioche chunks around in the bowl until fully coated.

  6. Enjoy like this or heat the chocolate hazelnut spread for around 30 seconds until melted then dip and enjoy!

Perfect for anyone short on time, this easy 3-ingredient dessert not only saves you precious minutes in the kitchen but delivers a guaranteed crowd-pleaser that’ll disappear in seconds.

What you’ll need:

How to make:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/180C Fan.

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Roll out your puff pastry and cut down the centre on the longest side

  3. Spread your Dale Farm Custard onto one half then sprinkle with chocolate chips.

  4. Add the other half of the puff pastry on top and press down gently.

  5. Using a sharp knife, cut into 8 strips.

  6. Pick up one strip at a time and twist a few times then place on your baking sheet.

  7. Repeat with all your strips.

  8. Bake for approx. 20 minutes until puffed and golden and serve.

Ice Cream Pavlova

It’s a twist on a classic dessert that’s guaranteed to be a fan favourite. This ice cream pavlova will have everybody reaching for more.

What you’ll need:

Crush up some pre-made meringue kisses and place into a muffin tray.

  1. Add some fruit sauce of your choice - we used homemade raspberry compote.

  2. Add the key ingredient: a scoop of Dale Farm Vanilla ice cream.

  3. Add another layer of your fruit sauce of choice.

  4. Top with a meringue kiss.

  5. Store in the freezer until you’re ready to serve.

Belgian Waffle Tiramisu

Belgian Waffle Tiramisu

Looking for a festive dessert that feels luxurious without the fuss? This caramel waffle tiramisu layers rich Dale Farm Double Cream, mascarpone and warm winter flavours for a Christmas treat your guests will love.

What you’ll need:

  • Belgian waffles

  • Salted caramel sauce

  • Dale Farm Double Cream

  • Mascarpone cheese

  • Icing sugar

  • Vanilla extract

  • Cooled black coffee

  • Cocoa powder

How to make:

  1. Add 300ml of Dale Farm Double Cream, 2 teaspoons of icing sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to a mixing bowl and whisk until light and fluffy.

  2. To another mixing bowl, add 250 grams of mascarpone and a generous drizzle of salted caramel sauce and mix until fully combined.

  3. Add cooled black coffee to a tray, add your belgian waffles and turn until fully coated.

  4. To your serving bowl, add a layer of your salted caramel mascarpone mixture and drizzle salted caramel sauce over top.

  5. Top this with a belgian waffle and repeat twice, or as many times as you wish.

  6. Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
