Halloween is just around the corner, and if you’re not fancying a night out this year, why not get the girls together for a cosy Halloween night in?
From getting snuggled up with a tub of Remix ice cream and watching your favourite scary films, to getting creative with pumpkin painting, we’ve got the perfect plan to have fun at Halloween from the comfort of your own home!
First things first: getting the atmosphere right. Turn off the big light (it’s Halloween, we need some spooky lighting), light a few candles and add some fairy lights around the room. A few pumpkins, fake cobwebs or some Halloween bunting can add to the effect without making your living room look like a haunted house. Keep the lighting low and cosy to make it the perfect setting for enjoying Dale Farm Remix later in the night. Also remember to stock up on blankets for anyone who needs to hide behind it when the film gets a little too scary!
Forget carving pumpkins this year, pumpkin painting is the way to go! Pick up a few pumpkins and some paints and tap into your inner artist. You won’t have to strenuously scoop out handfuls of pumpkin insides, which means a lot less cleanup! Just put some newspaper down, search Pinterest for some inspiration and get painting. Once they’re dry, you’ve got some extra decorations sorted for the night.
