We’ve compiled some easy, affordable, and most importantly, healthy, dishes using Dale Farm products you can meal prep to start your week off right and keep you on track with your 2026 goals.
Like with all families, sometimes life gets in the way and we don’t always have time to cook up healthy home-cooked meals every evening, meaning we resort to whatever’s in the freezer. But luckily, all our recipes last for days in the fridge and can even be frozen, so you can batch make them ahead of time.
We have a great mixture of breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes that will be sure to please the whole family, from Chicken, Bacon & Leek Pie, to Biscoff Overnight Oats and Slow Cooker Creamy Vegetable Soup, so you’re guaranteed to find something you’ll love.

This hearty recipe is a true comfort meal, using Dale Farm’s Double Cream for that lovely creamy base combined with chicken, bacon and leeks, as well as puff pastry for that perfect flaky crust.
You’ll need:
1 egg
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp of dijon mustard
20g plain flour
1 garlic clove
30g butter
450g chicken thighs or pre-cooked chicken
50g bacon
1 leek
150ml chicken stock
150ml Dale Farm Double Cream
1 puff pastry sheet
How to make:
Chop your leeks and add them to a frying pan with a teaspoon of butter.
Once the leeks have softened slightly, add your chopped bacon to the pan as well.
Whilst that is cooking, add a tablespoon of plain flour to the pan and mix so everything is coated.
When the bacon and leeks are browned off, add 150mls of chicken stock to the pan, followed by half a teaspoon of dijon mustard.
Once cooked, add cooked chicken thighs (450g) or pre-cooked chicken to the pan.
Add the mixture to an oven-safe tray and top with a puff pastry sheet, folding the corners and poking holes in the middle and creasing the edges with a fork.
Put the tray in the oven and cook until the pastry is golden brown then simply serve and enjoy!

Let’s say you cooked a big Sunday roast and have some leftover chicken - this recipe is perfect for getting those last little dinner bits used up. It’s a true winter warmer and doesn’t take long to make, perfect for those Monday night lazy dinners.
What you’ll need:
300g leftover cooked chicken
3 bacon medallions
200g broccoli florets
1 small onion chopped
1 litre chicken stock
50g cheddar cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
How to make:
Add your bacon medallions to a frying pan with oil on a medium heat and once partially cooked, add your chopped onion.
Once cooked, add your seasonings - 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika and half a teaspoon each of salt and pepper.
Next, add 200 grams of broccoli florets and 1 litre of chicken stock to the pan and bring to a boil.
Allow the pan to simmer, then add in your 300 grams of cooked chicken.
Add 120ml of Dale Farm single cream and 100ml of Dale Farm milk to make that nice creamy texture.
Top with 50 grams of cheddar cheese and enjoy!

When you combine Dale Farm with Biscoff and a little bit of oats, you get an amazing breakfast, ideal for those on the go and perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth. You need to try out this recipe for yourself!
What you’ll need:
50g oats
2 tbsp Biscoff spread
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Biscoff spread
How to make:
To a bowl, add your dry ingredients, followed by wet ingredients and mix well.
Melt some Biscoff Spread in the microwave in short bursts until runny.
Move your oats mixture to a container and pour melted Lotus Biscoff Spread over top.
Chill in the fridge overnight for a delicious, ready-to-eat breakfast in the morning.

Our protein pancake bowls are light and fluffy, and better yet, they’ve got over 35 grams of protein. If you’re trying to increase your protein intake in 2026, this recipe is the one for you.
What you’ll need:
1 egg
50g yogurt
35g flour
25g protein powder
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp baking powder
Fruit of your choice
How to make:
To an oven-safe container, add all your ingredients and mix, finishing with fruit on top.
Pop in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Pop them in the fridge for the remainder of the week and eat them cold or simply heat them in the microwave.

This sausage pasta is always a crowd favourite and it’s so easy to make! Combining pasta, sausage, peas and the star ingredient, Dale Farm’s Double Cream, you’ll have a rich, creamy pasta ready to go for the week in no time.
What you’ll need:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 diced onion
1 tsp Italian seasoning
480ml chicken stock
150g frozen peas – as many as you like (this is a good dish to hide them from fussy little eaters)
1 large tin chopped tomatoes
80-100ml of Dale Farm Whipping Cream
1 pack half fat sausages cut up into bitesize pieces (Tip - cook for 10 minutes in the air fryer/grill before you add to the pasta sauce)
340g dry pasta (boiled separately)
Optional: Grated Cheese (for topping)
How to make:
Add olive oil to a pan over a medium heat and add diced onion.
Whilst this is cooking, cook your sausages in the frying pan or air fryer.
Once the onions have softened, add Italian seasoning and stir.
Add chicken stock, frozen peas and chopped tomatoes and mix together.
Simmer for 5 mins then add in Dale Farm Whipping Cream, stirring until creamy.
Add in cooked sausages and cooked pasta.
Mix together and serve.
Optional: top with grated cheese and melt under the grill.
