Calling all choco-holics, this one's for you! Our Choc Pop Float is as indulgent as it sounds, the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet cravings this summer. The beauty of this recipe? Its simplicity!
2 scoops Dale Farm Vanilla ice cream
6 Mint leaves
1 tbsp Chocolate Shards
For the cocktail version, replace the ice cream with two shots of vodka and two shots of Baileys.
Pop everything except the chocolate shards into your blender.
Blend until velvety smooth.
Pour over ice in a tall glass.
Garnish with mint and those tempting chocolate shards.

100ml Coconut cream or coconut milk
Juice of 1 lime
75ml Water
75g Demerara sugar
2 scoops of Dale Farm Vanilla ice cream
6 large ice cubes
For the alcoholic version, replace the water with 4 shots of coconut rum.
Make the sugar syrup: combine the water and demerara sugar in a small pot over gentle heat until the liquid is clear. Stir and bottle immediately to chill.
Once chilled, place all the ingredients in your blender and whizz until smooth.
Pour the tropical goodness over ice.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge to serve!
Our Pear Picking Porky Cooler is a tribute to the beloved Pear Picking Porky ice lolly! This concoction is fruity, refreshing, and all-around perfect for a garden gathering.
50g Caster sugar
30ml Lemon juice
70ml Water
5 Mint leaves
200ml Lemonade
6 Large ice cubes
For the cocktail version, replace the water with 4 shots of vodka.
Make the lemon syrup by combining the lemon juice, sugar, and water over a gentle heat in a small pot. Stir when the liquid turns clear.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
When the syrup is cool, blend it with the ice cubes and the Pear Picking Porky lollies (sticks removed).
Add the mint leaves and blend until smooth. Adjust the amount of cold water to reach a pourable consistency.
Pour the mixture into glasses, top with lemonade, garnish with a mint leaf and serve!

75ml Water
50g Sugar
100ml Sparkling blood orange juice
6 large ice cubes
2 scoops Dale Farm Vanilla ice cream
For the cocktail version, replace the water with two shots of Captain Morgans.
Prepare sugar syrup by combining the water & sugar in a small pot. Allow it to simmer gently until the liquid becomes clear, then stir and chill.
Once cooled, place the ice cubes, Dale Farm Joker ice lolly (sticks removed), vanilla ice cream, vanilla paste and sugar syrup in a blender, then blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into glasses, top it off with the sparkling blood orange juice, and garnish with an orange slice.
Voila! Your Joker Fizz is ready to be served.
