Caramel Frappuccino

Ingredients:

• Ice
  
  

• 100ml Dale Farm Whole Milk
  
  

• 1 shot espresso
  
  

• Caramel sauce
  
  

• Dale Farm whipped cream

Method:

1. Swirl caramel sauce inside your glass.
   
   

2. Blend your ice, Dale Farm milk, espresso, and more caramel sauce until smooth.
   
   

3. Pour into your cup, top with Dale Farm whipped cream and extra caramel drizzle.

Pistachio Iced Coffee

Ingredients:

• Dale Farm Milk
  
  

• 2 shots of espresso
  
  

• Pistachio syrup or paste
  
  

• Dale Farm whipped cream (optional)
  
  

• Chopped pistachios for garnish
  
  

Method:

1. Mix espresso and pistachio syrup.
   
   

2. Pour over ice and add Dale Farm milk.
   
   

3. Top with whipped cream and chopped pistachios.

Strawberries and Cream – With a Twist

Take this classic to the next level with balsamic-macerated strawberries and lightly whipped cream.

You’ll Need:

• 400g fresh strawberries
  
  

• 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  
  

• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  
  

• 100ml Dale Farm double cream
  
  

• 1 tsp powdered sugar
  
  

• Fresh basil or mint
  
  

How to Make It:

1. Slice strawberries and mix with sugar and balsamic vinegar. Let sit for 20 minutes.
   
   

2. Lightly whip your Dale Farm cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
   
   

3. Serve the cream with the strawberries and drizzle over the balsamic juices. Garnish with mint or basil.
