This comforting dessert is super straightforward to make, requiring minimal weighing, measuring, or in-depth technical knowledge. It’s rich, satisfying, and perfect for a cold winter evening. What You’ll Need:
Panettone (sliced evenly)
Butter
Icing sugar (for dusting)
Optional: Dale Farm Ice Cream or extra custard for serving
How to Make It:
Slice your Panettone into even pieces and generously butter each slice.
Arrange the buttered slices in an ovenproof dish, overlapping them slightly for a beautiful layered effect.
Pour Dale Farm Custard over the bread, ensuring it seeps into all the gaps. Let it sit for a few minutes to absorb the custard.
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place the dish in the oven and bake for approximately 50 minutes or until the top is golden and the custard is set.

What You’ll Need:
250g Mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
75g Castor sugar
2 tsp Vanilla extract
250ml Strong espresso or regular coffee
Trifle fingers
Cocoa powder for dusting
How to Make It:
Whip Dale Farm Double Cream, sugar, and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese to create a smooth and creamy mixture.
Dip each trifle finger into the cooled coffee. Avoid soaking them for too long to prevent them from becoming too soggy.
Arrange a layer of dipped trifle fingers in a baking dish.
