1. In a shaker or blender, combine the Rapture honeycomb ice cream, cooled brewed espresso, honey syrup, vanilla extract, and Dale Farm milk or cream.
2. Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker.
3. Shake the mixture until smooth and well combined.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
5. Garnish with crushed honeycomb sprinkled on top.
6. Optionally, you can add a small piece of honeycomb to the rim of the glass for extra flair.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
