1. Allow the Dale Farm Rapture Honeycomb ice cream to partially melt at room temperature or run it under warm water for a few seconds to loosen it from the mould.
2. In a cocktail shaker, add the partially melted ice cream, freshly brewed espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, and honey syrup.
3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
4. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture and properly dilute the drink.
5. Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass using a fine mesh strainer to catch any ice shards.
6. Garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder on top.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy your Honeycomb Espresso Martini!
