Dale Farm BBQ Donut Sandwiches!

  1. Cut donuts in half horizontally and place cut side down on hot BBQ or grill
  2. Remove after a few minutes (use tongs!) and set aside until slightly cooled
  3. Scoop dale farm ice cream onto one half of each donut
  4. Spread other donut half with jam or sauce, then sandwich the two halves together
  5. For added colour, roll the edges of your donut in sprinkles, grated chocolate or mini sweets!
  6. Pop the finished donuts back into freezer for 10 mins to let everything hold shape before serving!
