Dale Farm Easter Meringue Nests

  1. Place meringues on a serving board / plate

  2. In a large whisking bowl, whisk the whipping cream until soft peaks form

  3. Add the food colouring & sugar to the bowl and slowly fold into the whipping cream until you are happy with the colour and consistency – be careful not to over stir

  4. Spoon on to your meringues and add toppings (this is the fun part!)

  5. Serve whatever way you wish & enjoy!
