Ingredients circle arrow

  1. Begin your cookie tower by placing 1 cookie on your serving plate
  2. Place 1 scoop of ice-cream on top, then top with another cookie
  3. Gently press the cookies together (ice-cream should spread to the edge of the cookies)
  4. Roll ice-cream edge in your desired toppings
  5. Repeat the process
  6. Eat immediately or save for later, wrap sandwiches individually in plastic wrap. Place in a resealable freezer bag and freeze until needed.
